Play By Play Experience

Growing up watching sports you realize the importance of play-by-play announcers to the presentation of the game. Basketball was particularly important to me so getting the chance to call the OU vs East Texas A&M game was a fun experience. I learned the Ins and Outs of the preparation by creating my spotter chart with my own research on both teams. I also got the chance to create my own style of play-by-play that helps listeners get background as well as entertainment in the actions of the game. Although it was a home broadcast style, being objective and leaving bias at the door is at the forefront of play-by-play ethics that I feel I embodied throughout the process.
